Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals fluent in both English and French who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing support, resolving inquiries, and promoting our products and services. This position offers an engaging environment where communication skills and a customer-centric approach are essential to success.

Duties

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, adhering to etiquette standards
  • Assist customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about products and services
  • Perform data entry tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Communicate effectively in both English and French , ensuring clear understanding across diverse customer bases

Experience

  • Prior experience in customer service.
  • Multilingual proficiency in English and French is required
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • The ideal candidate is approachable, dependable, and enjoys helping customers. You should be comfortable communicating with a diverse customer base and able to adapt to different situations with confidence.
  • Must have a PR card or Canadian Citizenship card
  • Must have lived in Canada more than 5 years

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
