Tire Technician

Winnipeg, Manitoba

Responsibilities and competencies:

· Responsible for changing, repairing, rotating and balancing tires of all sizes

· Complete necessary paperwork to ensure customers are billed accurately and completely for all work performed

· Ability to work in a fun fast paced family business

· Greet customers in a courteous, efficient manner

· Identify customer concerns related to products and services, and direct to the proper individuals, and be accountable for work being done to customer vehicles

· Communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing

· Build and maintain positive working relationships with other team members

· Good manual dexterity, an interest in working with vehicles, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds

· A passion for delivering exceptional service in every interaction, both external and internal

· Salary to commensurate with experience and qualifications.

· Tire experience is an asset, but we would be willing to train the right candidate.
