Duties

  • Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to identify their needs and recommend suitable products or services
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain features clearly to enhance customer understanding and interest
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and offering personalized assistance
  • Utilize strong communication skills and phone etiquette to follow up with customers and support ongoing sales efforts
