This is not a caretaker role. As Restaurant Manager you own the full performance of your Kelowna restaurant: the sales, the costs, the speed of service, the brand standards, the guest experience, and above all, the people. You are the leader on the floor who turns standards into daily reality and who directly shapes every guest visit. And for those who excel, this role is the direct, genuine pathway into our District Manager position.

What You Will Do

• Own the P&L for your restaurant: drive sales growth, control labour, food, paper, and R&M costs, and deliver your operating margin targets Lead, coach, and develop your team, supervisors, shift leads, and team members, into a high-performing, motivated crew Run daily pre-shifts, manage speed of service, and be the captain-coordinator on the floor during rush Execute Tim Hortons brand standards through REV audits, cleanliness standards, and the 7° of SERVICE guest experience framework Manage guest feedback daily through Qualtrics, resolve every complaint within 24 hours, and turn an “ow” into a “wow” Champion Tim Hortons app and rewards card adoption, outperforming the regional scan rate Forecast, schedule, and manage inventory to keep your restaurant on plan Hire the right people, onboard them properly, and build a bench that protects your restaurant and grows your people

What You Bring

• Minimum two years of restaurant management or assistant management experience, ideally in quick service or fast casual Proven ability to lead a team, hire, train, coach, and develop people Financial acumen, comfortable managing or contributing to a restaurant P&L Valid Canadian driver’s licence and reliable personal vehicle Strong communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and peak periods Legally able to work in Canada Based in or willing to relocate to the Kelowna area A genuine ambition to grow into District Manager and multi-unit leadership
