Overview

Join our dynamic culinary team as a Line Cook/Prep Cook and become a vital part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! Duties

  • Prepare ingredients and assist in food prep to ensure timely delivery of dishes during service
  • Cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards, maintaining consistency and presentation
  • Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene practices
  • Support the kitchen team by organizing workstations, cleaning utensils, and maintaining sanitation standards
  • Assist with plating dishes and ensuring each plate meets visual and quality expectations before serving
  • Collaborate with serving staff to ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and front-of-house operations
  • Follow all food safety regulations and restaurant policies to uphold cleanliness and safety standards

Skills

  • Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service within a restaurant or food industry setting
  • Strong knowledge of food handling procedures, safety protocols, and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers
  • Familiarity with meal preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, and basic cooking methods
  • Prior experience in serving or assisting in customer-facing roles is a plus but not required
  • Passion for culinary arts, eagerness to learn, and commitment to delivering high-quality food service
