About the Role:

Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager (RGM), the Team Member supports daily restaurant operations while delivering positive customer experiences. Key duties include food preparation, operating fryers and microwaves, assisting in the kitchen, maintaining inventory, and keeping food and stock areas clean and organized.

What You’ll Do:

· Accurately take orders, operate the POS system or cash register, and process cash, card, and drive‑thru transactions.

· Prepare menu items following all recipes and brand standards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality.

· Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across all areas, including food prep spaces, dining areas, restrooms, equipment, and workstations.

· Stock and replenish food, beverage, and supply items; ensure inventory levels meet demand.

· Receive, inventory, move, and transfer supplies, ingredients, and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or cart.

· Support kitchen operations as needed, including food preparation, assembling orders, and maintaining organized stations.

· Communicate effectively with team members and managers, providing order updates and reporting issues promptly.

· Maintain solid knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and promotions.

· Follow all company policies related to food safety, cleanliness, operations, and customer service.

· Participate in training and ongoing development to maintain product knowledge and support brand standards.

What You’ll Bring:

· Previous food service or cash‑handling experience is preferred but not required.

· Must meet the minimum provincial legal employment age (proof of age or work permit may be required).

· Ability to speak, read, and understand instructions, short documents, and policy materials, and communicate comfortably with customers.

· Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.

· A friendly, outgoing attitude with the ability to interact positively with guests and coworkers.

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to detail.

· Capable of following instructions and working effectively as part of a team.

· Able to bend, twist, stand, and perform regular job functions for extended periods.

· Comfortable taking customer orders, supporting checkout operations, and assisting with basic food preparation as needed.

Work Environment:

· Primarily an indoor environment with occasional outdoor tasks.

· Occasionally lift, move, carry, and stack cartons up to 50 pounds from various heights.

· Experience frequent exposure to fluctuating temperatures in areas such as coolers, freezers, and cooking sections.

· Involves standing and walking for extended periods throughout the shift without frequent rest periods.

· Frequent movements such as bending, wiping, sweeping, mopping, wrapping, and squeezing.

· Regularly reaching overhead, forward, and underneath shelves, counters, tables, and kitchen equipment.

· Frequent squatting or stooping to access items on low shelves or the floor.

· Occasional use of stools or ladders to reach items stored on higher shelves.
