Job Overview
The Shift Supervisor is responsible for leading team members during their shifts to make sure our standards for people, product, cleanliness, and Exceptional Guest Experience are met.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the team members who prepare, portion, and serve food
  • Estimate and order the ingredients and supplies needed for food preparation
  • Set up work methods to meet scheduling needs
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Train team members on job duties and on sanitation and safety procedures
  • Make sure food and service meet quality control standards
  • Help select new team members and support the development of policies, procedures, and budgets, as needed

Qualifications

  • Completion of a college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management, or a related field, or several years of experience in food preparation or service
