Triple Tee Medical Association is an inclusive and culturally responsive clinic, which provides meaningful and community-based healthcare.
Triple Tee Medical Clinic is seeking a Temporary Part-Time Registered Nurse.
Reporting to the Clinic Manager/Supervising Physician, the RN will be responsible for providing safe, compassionate and client-centered nursing care to patients within a family medicine clinic, supporting both acute and ongoing clinical needs. The Registered Nurse will work and collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals to manage patient care plans, chronic conditions, and seamless follow-up, while promoting patients’ health, independence and well-being.
This position is part of a newly developed Innovation Fund between the Saskatchewan Government and medical clinics across Saskatchewan with the aim of improving patient access and quality care through team-based support, that will deliver better access to primary care in the province of Saskatchewan.
If you have a bachelor’s degree in nursing, and experience working in a primary health care clinic, then this job is for you!
