Full job description

LIVE AND WORK IN LAKE LOUISE, THE GEM OF THE CANADIAN ROCKIES.

We are now seeking energetic, motivated, and detail oriented individuals responsible for the handling of our baked goods in a timely, efficient, sanitary and consistent manner. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude. Be prepared to work as a team member in a dynamic and creative workplace.

Job Duties:

-Prepare dough for baguettes, bread, buns and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.

-Operate machinery.

-Bake mixed dough and batters.

-Frost and decorate pastries or other baked goods.

-Ensure quality of products meets established standards.

-Draw up production schedule to determine type and quantity of goods to produce.

-May oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods.

Terms of Employment: Full Time- available to start mid May, 2026

Hours are full time, 5 shifts a week with 2 scheduled days off.
Bakery Shifts are morning 5:00 am, mid-shift 8:00 am start or afternoon 2:00 pm start

Wage: Determined on experience/schooling

Benefits: Subsidized housing in shared room accommodation, subsidized shift meal plan

Location of work: Lake Louise, Alberta

Skill Requirements:

Experience or schooling in baking is a preferred asset.

Willingness to learn new procedures and get creative in the kitchen!

On the job training will be provided!
