Concord Parts Distribution is looking for a full-time Bilingual Parts Specialist Representative (English/French) to join our team onsite at our office in Woodbridge. Main Responsibilities

The Bilingual Parts Specialist Representative is responsible for the following:

  • Providing courteous and professional service and sales at the order desk to all customers in person, by phone, or electronically by handling enquiries, and picking stock as required
  • Assisting in-field technicians, end users and any accounts either by phone or email by looking up parts on system and providing price quotes and selling parts
  • Preparing and processing necessary documentation for purchases (credit card payments), returns and warranty coverage as required
  • Assisting in maintaining inventory levels through accurate tracking of stock in the electronic inventory system

Requirements:

  • Previous parts sales or related customer service experience
  • A strong customer service focus with the ability to remain calm under pressure and to always be polite with all customers
  • Strong sales and relationship building skills
  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player
  • Ability to lift parts every day
  • Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • High school diploma
