We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Tourism BD Manager to lead our B2B business development efforts in the Canada market, with a focus on building partnerships with Canada tour operators, travel agencies, and travel advisors specializing in outbound leisure travel to Europe.

* Drive new B2B sales by identifying, approaching, pitching, and securing partnerships with Canada-based tour operators, travel agencies, and travel advisors focused on European travel.

* Manage the full sales cycle — from initial prospecting and client presentations to contract negotiation, partner onboarding, and ongoing account management.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, focusing on mutual business growth, client satisfaction, and long-term partnership value.

* Collaborate closely with our global operations and product teams to ensure a smooth handover and successful delivery of travel services to our Mexican partners and their clients.

* Identify emerging trends and opportunities within the Canadian outbound tourism market and develop strategic approaches to position HiSeas as a leading DMC partner for Europe.

* Develop and maintain a strong network within the Mexican travel industry, including tour operators, travel agencies, travel advisors, and other relevant tourism partners.

* Participate in industry trade shows, travel fairs, sales missions, business meetings, and networking events to generate new leads and strengthen brand visibility in the Canadian market.

* Coordinate and host Familiarization (FAM) Trips, educational tours, and destination experiences to provide travel advisors and business partners with firsthand knowledge of our European destinations and product offerings.

* Collaborate with the marketing team on co-branded campaigns, partner promotions, sales initiatives, and marketing activities targeting the Canadian outbound leisure travel market.

* Track and report on sales performance, profitability, account development, and pipeline activity using the company CRM system and other internal tools.

* Provide regular market intelligence and feedback to internal teams to support product development, destination sourcing, pricing strategy, and service improvements.

* Monitor competitor offerings, pricing, destination trends, and evolving consumer preferences within the Mexican outbound travel market.

* Represent HiSeas professionally in the Mexican market, strengthening our brand presence and establishing the company as a trusted B2B partner for European travel.

Requirements

* 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management within the travel and tourism industry.

* Strong understanding of the Canadian outbound travel market, particularly leisure travel to Europe.

* Existing relationships with Canadian tour operators, travel agencies, travel advisors, or other relevant tourism partners is highly preferred.

* Proven track record of developing new business, acquiring B2B clients, and achieving sales targets.

* Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

* Ability to independently develop a sales pipeline and manage the full business development cycle.

* Strong commercial awareness, self-motivation, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced international environment.

* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for client meetings, trade shows, sales missions, and industry events.
