(French/English)

Location: Overdrive Wheels and Tires
Job Type: Full-Time
Industry: Wholesale Distribution – Wheels & Tires
Schedule: Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays as required

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Wholesale Sales & Warehouse Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both French and English, possess strong industry knowledge, and thrive in a fast-paced sales and warehouse environment.

Position Summary

The Bilingual Wholesale Sales & Warehouse Representative will be responsible for supporting wholesale customers across Canada by processing orders, providing product information, coordinating shipments, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role combines inside sales, customer service, and warehouse support responsibilities.

The successful candidate will communicate daily with English and French-speaking customers, assist with inventory management, and help ensure efficient order fulfillment and warehouse operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesWholesale Sales & Customer Service

  • Assist wholesale customers across Canada with wheel and tire inquiries in both English and French
  • Process orders accurately via phone, email, and internal systems
  • Recommend appropriate wheels, tires, and related products based on customer needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, tire shops, and commercial clients
  • Provide pricing, availability, shipping timelines, and product information
  • Resolve customer concerns and order discrepancies professionally and efficiently
  • Follow up on quotations, backorders, and customer requests
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics companies regarding shipments and inventory availability

Warehouse & Inventory Support

  • Receive, inspect, organize, and label incoming wheel and tire inventory
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment across Canada
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock management
  • Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
  • Ensure accurate documentation for incoming and outgoing orders

Administrative Duties

  • Maintain accurate customer records and inventory updates within company software systems
  • Generate invoices, shipping documents, and order confirmations
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to improve workflow efficiency
  • Assist management with reporting and operational support when required

Qualifications

  • Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written) required
  • Previous experience in wholesale distribution, tire industry, warehouse operations, or customer service preferred
  • Strong knowledge of wheels, tires, and related products considered a strong asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office, email systems, and inventory software
  • Valid driver’s license preferred

Preferred Assets

  • Experience with wholesale distribution operations
  • Knowledge of shipping and logistics coordination across Canada
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and catalog software
