Key responsibilities of a Postal Clerk include:

  • Provide superior customer service, Abide by the established Canada Post Corporation (SERVE) program.
  • Handling cash to include selling of money orders, stamps and parcel services
  • Ensuring the security of the mail and cash
  • Ability to answer inquires and problem solve postal service issues
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications:

  • High school education and computer literacy.
  • Organized and very detailed orientated.
  • Exceptional customer service and the ability to work in a fast paced enviroment
  • Able to handle stressful conditions

Work Hours:

  • Flexible hours that may include days, nights, weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.75 per hour

Shift:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift

Work days:

  • Weekends as needed
