Now Hiring: Pharmacy Assistant – Clearpoint Pharmacy & Compounding Centre (Burlington, ON)

Clearpoint Pharmacy & Compounding Centre is one of Ontario’s leading specialty compounding pharmacies, providing advanced sterile, non-sterile compounding services to clinics across Canada. We are growing and looking for a professional, reliable, and highly organized Pharmacy Assistant to join our team.

Position: Pharmacy Assistant (Full-Time)Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing non-sterile and sterile compounded medications following SOPs
  • Support pharmacists with prescription processing, labelling, and packaging
  • Maintain cleanroom standards, inventory, and workflow efficiency
  • Coordinate deliveries and communicate with clinics, patients, and clinic partners
  • Provide accurate, timely updates to clients and internal team members

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills — clear, professional, and confident
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-precision environment
  • Experience in a pharmacy setting is an asset (compounding experience is helpful but training is provided)
  • Reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working as part of a team
