Job Description:
We are seeking a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) to join our team. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with LMIA applications, work permits, and permanent residency (PR) advising and application processes. You will be responsible for managing client files, providing immigration advice, and ensuring compliance with IRCC regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) applications
  • Manage work permit applications (employer-specific and open permits)
  • Assess client eligibility and provide guidance on PR pathways (Express Entry, PNP, etc.)
  • Prepare and submit Permanent Residency applications
  • Communicate with clients and employers regarding application progress
  • Ensure all applications meet IRCC requirements and deadlines
  • Maintain accurate and organized client records

Requirements:

  • Active RCIC license in good standing with the CICC (required)
  • Proven experience with LMIA, work permits, and PR applications
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration programs and policies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple cases in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in an immigration consultancy or legal office
  • Familiarity with immigration software or case management systems
  • Experience working with employer-driven immigration programs
