What can you expect?

The E-Commerce Coordinator ensures the proper sales processing of all e-commerce sales by the respective department at Sunshine Village, along with assisting Guest Services with operational daily duties. This involves a high level of inter-departmental coordination and systems knowledge, with a strong emphasis on providing excellent customer service. As the E-Commerce Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to deliver on your exceptional guest experiences. Your fun, friendly and professional attitude will allow you to respond to all related inquiries (by phone, email or in person) in an engaging way that builds relationships and makes everyone feel welcome. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work as part of a highly important team, supporting the effective day-to-day operations in both Guest Services and the E-Commerce role.

• Oversee the administration of all e-commerce;
• Daily reporting; processing and mailing out of orders as needed; coordinating with other departments regarding orders/issues when needed
• Oversee and manage the “E-Commerce” email inbox;
• Oversee the “Guest Services” email inbox;
• Handle all customer inquiries and issues, including all refund and escalation requests;
• Oversee recovery of all Direct-to-Lift and Payment Plan declined payments;
• Oversee the printing and mailing out of season passes, including monitoring eligibility verification and release of liability waiver completion;
• Assist guests with their season pass purchases in both E-Commerce and Guest Services by providing your thorough understanding of Banff Sunshine’s season products;
• Assist guests with their day ticket purchases in Guest Services and Ticket Windows when needed by providing your thorough understanding of Banff Sunshine’s day products;
• Working in a fast pace, high volume environment and dealing with challenging situations in a friendly and professional manner;
• Complete accurate daily cash outs and being accountable for any variances;
• Administrative tasks such as filing, organizing the lost and found room & general office cleaning;
• Other duties as assigned.

And you have:

• This position requires accuracy, excellent attention to detail, and time management.
• Ability to prioritize workflow and work independently and unsupervised.
• Strong computer skills mandatory - experience adapting to new systems/programs, typing, data entry etc. Advanced excel skills will be advantageous.
• Interpersonal, communication and problem solving/analytical skills.
• Previous Guest Service and cash handling experience
• Positive attitude, team player, flexibility for scheduling during peak periods

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
