Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift.

Duties
- Conduct the nightly audit process accurately and efficiently
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Assist with security procedures during the night shift
- Process reservations and cancellations

Requirements
- Experience in front desk operations, preferably in a hotel setting
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Proficiency in using phone systems and handling guest inquiries over the phone
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
