Full job description

Bespoke Contracting is one of Halton's top renovation companies. We are an award wining contractor and provide residential clients throughout Burlington, Oakville and Hamilton with quality craftsmanship for all of their renovation needs.

We are currently seeking a Home Renovation Specialist who is able to perform a wide variety of tasks on our renovation projects:

  • Demolition
  • Framing
  • Installing insulation and vapour barrier
  • Drywall installation and finishing
  • Flooring installation
  • Door and trim installation

Responsibilities:

  • Execute renovation projects from start to finish
  • Perform hands on duties as required from set-up, demolition, framing, insulation, drywall, carpentry and overall finishing
  • Communicate daily check-ins and goals
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
  • Maintain a clean, professional working environment

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in a renovation environment
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the Ontario Building Code and construction related trades
  • College or technical training is an asset; Building Construction, or Building and Renovation programs
  • Ability to effectively communicate with other trades/vendors, clients, and co-workers
  • Ensure worksite is clean and compliant as per safety rules, regulations and company policies
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, organization, planning and prioritization
  • Have your own transportation, tools and safety equipment
