Your main tasks will be to:
- Process files awaiting review for quality control
- Create and maintain customer databases to ensure customs release
- Confirm released files within prescribed deadlines
- Respond to customer requests
- Keep customer profiles up to date
- Resolve problems in collaboration with various departments.
- Communicate with customers to advise of missing information
- Participate in the integration of new customers
What we are looking for:
- You are bilingual in French and English in order to be able to communicate with your future colleagues and clients based throughout Canada and the world.
- You have studied logistics or a related fieldYou have significant experience in customs and with an international freight forwarder
- You are autonomous, proactive and pay attention to detail
- You like teamwork and are motivated to take on new challenges!
