About Bounty Utilities Ltd.

Bounty Utilities Ltd. is a growing utility construction and consulting company serving clients throughout Western Canada. We're looking for a dependable, self-motivated individual who enjoys variety in their work. No two days are the same, and we're looking for someone who can jump in wherever they're needed.

Position Overview

This is a unique position combining driving, operations support, administration, and general business assistance. Some weeks may involve full-time hours while other weeks may only require part-time work, depending on workload. We offer flexibility and are looking for someone who is adaptable and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

Responsibilities:

Driving & Field Support

  • Operate a Class 1 winch truck when required.
  • Transport equipment and materials.
  • Assist with deliveries and pickups in light duty vehicle.
  • Support field crews as needed.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
  • Ensure equipment is operated safely and professionally.

Administrative & Operations Support

  • Organize and file company paperwork.
  • Maintain vehicle and equipment records.
  • Track preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Assist with safety documentation and program administration.
  • Help organize project files and documentation.
  • Coordinate errands, pickups, and deliveries.
  • Assist management with day-to-day operational tasks.
  • Help keep the office organized and running efficiently.

General Responsibilities

  • Identify problems before they become issues.
  • Communicate effectively with management.
  • Represent the company professionally.
  • Be willing to learn new skills and take on a variety of responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Valid Class 1 Driver's Licence (Required)
  • Clean driver's abstract
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and professional
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills

Preferred (but not required)

  • Experience operating winch trucks
  • Experience in construction, utilities, or oil & gas
  • Safety administration experience
  • Knowledge of fleet maintenance tracking
  • Experience with COR or other safety programs
