About Us

We're a municipal pipe installation crew serving communities across New Brunswick, specializing in underground water, sewer, and storm infrastructure. We're looking for an experienced Pipe Foreman to lead our crew on active job sites.

What We Offer

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a pipe installation crew on daily operations
  • Read and interpret construction drawings, grades, and specifications
  • Coordinate installation of water main, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer pipe
  • Ensure compliance with municipal specifications, OHS regulations, and trench safety standards
  • Operate or direct use of excavators, compactors, and related equipment as needed
  • Manage daily job site logistics, materials, and crew scheduling
  • Communicate daily progress and issues to the Project Manager
  • Enforce site safety protocols and conduct toolbox talks

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience installing municipal water/sewer pipe, with prior foreman or lead-hand experience
  • Strong knowledge of trench safety, shoring, and confined space requirements
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
  • Ability to read civil/construction drawings and grade plans
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Must currently reside in Moncton or the surrounding area
  • Willingness to travel to job sites across the region
