Job Overview:

The Ecommerce and Digital Content Coordinator will develop and maintain ecommerce and digital marketing initiatives. This individual will have the opportunity to shape and improve the company’s online presence. This position will evolve to reflect the skillset of the successful candidate along with the company needs.

About the Role:

· Support and grow our online presence across Shopify, Amazon, and social media platforms

· Create product listings, manage photos, videos, and marketing content

· Help maintain and improve websites and online storefronts

· Run day-to-day social media activity and audience engagement

· Work independently while staying proactive, organized, and productive

Key Responsibilities:

Shopify & Website Management

· Update and maintain existing Shopify website

· Create/edit product listings and collections

· Basic HTML/CSS edits and troubleshooting

· Graphic/animation creation or use of AI equivalent

· Optimize product pages and visuals

· Help improve customer experience and site functionality

Amazon Seller Account Management

· Manage Amazon Seller Central account

· Create and update product listings

· Monitor inventory, orders, and account health

· Handle listing issues and optimization

· Learn Amazon systems and stay up to date on platform changes

Social Media Management

· Run company social media accounts

· Create and schedule posts, reels, stories, and promotional content

· Respond to comments and messages professionally

· Interact with the audience and help grow engagement

· Keep social media active, current, and visually appealing

· Help develop creative marketing ideas and campaigns

Content Creation

· Product photo editing

· Basic video creation/editing for social media and product marketing

· AI image generation for marketing materials, ads, and product visuals

· Work with and adjust existing designs for social media

General Marketing & Support

· Assist with digital marketing projects

· Organize files, assets, and product information

· Help develop new creative ideas and promotions

· Communicate progress and ask for direction when needed

Skills & Experience:

Required

· Experience with Shopify

· Basic HTML knowledge an asset

· Comfortable editing photos and working with digital media

· Familiar with video editing basics

· Comfortable using AI tools for image/content creation

· Experience managing social media accounts

· Strong computer skills and ability to learn new platforms quickly

Preferred

· Experience with Amazon Seller Central

· Understanding of e-commerce and online marketing
