Warehouse Associate

Location: Brampton, ON
Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks using manual equipment and forklifts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all safety procedures.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities.
• Perform basic data entry and maintain warehouse records using Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily productivity goals.
• Assist with training new warehouse associates as required.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills (Punjabi is an asset).
• Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience is an asset.
• Valid forklift license certification is an asset.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and perform physically demanding work.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive team attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
