Full job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled baker to join the Doughnut Party team at our Inglewood, Calgary location.

As a baker, you will be responsible for preparing fresh doughnuts from scratch while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and bake a wide range of donuts including twists, rings and fritters

- Decorate donuts according to specific designs or customer requests

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Operate company vehicle to transport donuts between locations as required

- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries and fulfilling orders promptly when covering in the front of house

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a baker in a restaurant or bakery setting

- Proficiency in baking techniques and cake decorating

- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food industry regulations

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately

- Driver's license and a personal vehicle as shifts start as early as 4am

- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
