Job Title: Outside Sales Representative – Medical Supplies & PPE (GTA)

Salary: $40,000 base salary + commission (4% – 10% per sale) + gas reimbursement

Job Description

Green Health Medical Inc. is a growing Canadian-owned company based in Etobicoke, Ontario. We supply high-quality PPE and medical supplies (gloves, masks, disinfectants, shoe covers, and more) to dental clinics, senior care homes, cannabis facilities, construction companies, and other businesses across the Greater Toronto Area.

We are currently looking for a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This is a true field-based B2B sales role that involves regularly visiting businesses in person to build relationships and generate new opportunities across the GTA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and develop new business through in-person visits, cold calling, and relationship building
  • Manage and grow your own sales territory across the Greater Toronto Area
  • Walk into businesses to introduce our products and identify opportunities
  • Present our product catalog and recommend the right safety solutions to clients
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on leads and quotes

Compensation:

  • $40,000 base salary per year
  • Commission between 4% – 10% per sale (higher rates on larger orders)
  • Gas reimbursement
  • Uncapped earning potential — Strong performers can realistically earn $70,000 – $110,000+ in their first year

Requirements:

  • Previous B2B or outside sales experience (medical or PPE sales is an asset)
  • Comfortable with in-person prospecting and walking into businesses
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (Canadian applicants only)
