Medical Laser Technician (Registered Nurse)
Radiant Health & Wellness

Location: Calgary, AB
Position: Full-Time or Part-Time

At Radiant Health & Wellness, we are redefining wellness by combining evidence-based Naturopathic medicine with innovative technology to help our patients look, feel, and function at their best. We are seeking a passionate, professional Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team as a Medical Laser Technician and RN for our IV Suite.

This is an exciting opportunity for an RN who enjoys working directly with patients, has an interest in Naturopathic Medicine and is eager to expand their expertise with some of the industry's most advanced technologies.

About the Role

As a Medical Laser Technician, you will provide safe, effective, and personalized treatments while delivering an exceptional patient experience. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on their wellness journey.

Experience with BTL technologies is highly desirable, including:

  • EMVITAL
  • EMSELLA
  • EXOMIND

Candidates with experience in other medical aesthetic laser technologies are encouraged to apply. Comprehensive training on our systems will be provided for the right individual.

Responsibilities

  • Perform medical laser and energy-based treatments according to established clinical protocols
  • Deliver BTL technology treatments, including EMVITAL, EMSELLA, and EXOMIND
  • Collaborate with other RNs to deliver Intravenous therapies in our dedicated 8 chair IV Suite
  • Conduct patient consultations and assess treatment suitability
  • Educate patients on treatment expectations, aftercare, and wellness plans
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and treatment records
  • Ensure patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality at all times
  • Maintain treatment rooms and equipment according to clinical standards
  • Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
  • Contribute to a welcoming, professional, and positive clinic environment

Qualifications

  • Current registration and good standing as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Alberta
  • Previous experience in medical aesthetics or laser treatments preferred
  • Experience with BTL technologies (EMVITAL, EMSELLA, EXOMIND) is considered a strong asset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for health, wellness, patient education and especially Naturopathic Medicine
  • Professional, compassionate, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
