Join Our Team as a Japanese Cuisine Chef - Comfort Food & Sushi!

At Y93 SUSHI CRAVE JAPANESE CAFE in Calgary, AB, we’re all about bringing the flavors of Japan to life in a warm and welcoming environment. If you’re a skilled chef with a love for Japanese cuisine, we’d love to have you join our team! We are in SE Calgary Midnapore area.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an assistant cook at Y93 Sushi Crave Japanese Café, you’ll play a vital role in creating the delicious dishes our customers love. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the preparation and cooking of Japanese comfort food.
  • Ensuring food quality and presentation meet our high standards.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Supporting the kitchen team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Following food safety and hygiene regulations.

What We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you should bring the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
  • Knowledge: A understanding of Japanese cuisine and cooking techniques.
  • Work Ethic: Hardworking, reliable, and able to multitask effectively.
