We are looking for enthusiastic, team players to deliver packages in Digby Nova Scotia area.
Associates/Drivers strive to get every package to the customer’s door on-time. We offer full-time opportunities.
Company vehicle will be provided, (Brand new ProMaster 1500 Cargo Van/Ford Transit) between 8-10 hours per day and are available 5 days per week.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Be Customer friendly!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
· Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
· Use a handheld device for routing information, customer delivery information.
· Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area.
· Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered
· Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation and able to work under minimum supervision
· Lift packages up to 70 lbs. and flexible during shifts.
· Able to get in and out of the van and walk up and down stairs through your shift.
Basic Requirements:
· Eligible to work in Canada
· Class 5 driver license (1 year driving experience preferred)
· Successfully pass a pre-employment driving record background check
