Full job description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Airport Shuttle Driver to join our team at Hotel Clique/ Applause Hotel. The Shuttle Driver will report directly to the Guest Services Manager and will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services for hotel guests.

Availability -Open availability and flexibility to work weekends.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate a shuttle bus or van to transport guests to and from the airport and hotel in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Greet guests in a professional and courteous manner and assist with luggage as necessary.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the shuttle vehicle.
  • Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and trip logs.
  • Communicate with the Guest Services Manager to ensure timely and efficient transportation services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
  • Assist with other guest service duties as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid class 4 driver's license and clean driving record
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience driving a passenger shuttle or similar vehicle
  • Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist guests with luggage as necessary
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe and comfortable transportation experience for our guests. Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 32 per week
