Dishwashing Duties

  • Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area
  • Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
  • Remove garbage and recycling regularly
  • Sweep and mop kitchen floors as needed
  • Ensure clean dishes are properly stored and available for service

Prep Cook / Dishwasher ResponsibilitiesKitchen Prep Duties

  • Prepare ingredients for service (cutting, chopping, portioning, mixing, etc.)
  • Assist cooks with basic food preparation
  • Stock and organize prep stations
  • Label and properly store food items
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards
  • Monitor ingredient levels and notify management when supplies are low
  • Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries

General Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines
  • Support kitchen staff during busy periods
  • Complete opening and closing cleaning duties
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen team members

Skills & Requirements
