CAFÉ MANAGER / BRAND LEAD

Probably Nothing

Probably Nothing is growing — and we’re looking for the right person to grow with us.

We’re a community-driven café built around great bagels, matcha, coffee, good energy and a brand people genuinely connect with.

We’re looking for a Café Manager / Brand Lead who understands that running a great café is about more than schedules, inventory and opening on time.

It’s about people, energy, consistency and protecting the brand.

THE PERSON WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You’re a people person — genuinely.

You like building a team, developing people and creating an environment where staff actually enjoy coming to work.

You notice the details.

If the music feels wrong, the counter looks messy, the product isn’t being presented properly, the service feels flat or something simply doesn’t feel like Probably Nothing, you notice — and you fix it.

You understand that as we grow, brand standards matter even more.

We want every customer to feel the same personality, quality and hospitality that made people connect with Probably Nothing in the first place.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

You’ll be responsible for:

● Leading, motivating and developing the team

● Hiring and helping build a strong café culture

● Maintaining Probably Nothing’s brand standards every day

● Delivering genuinely great customer service

● Making sure the café looks, feels and operates the way it should

● Scheduling and managing labour

● Inventory, ordering and product availability

● Training and accountability

● Maintaining food and beverage quality

● Keeping the café clean, organized and ready for service

● Being present on the floor and jumping in when the team needs you

● Helping us improve as we continue to grow the brand

WHO THIS COULD BE PERFECT FOR

Maybe you’re currently an Assistant Manager who’s ready to run your own location.

Maybe you’re already managing a café or restaurant but want to work with a brand that has personality and room to grow.

Maybe you’ve worked somewhere with strong standards and great culture and you’re ready to help build that somewhere else.

You do need to be responsible, organized, energetic, warm with people and capable of holding a high standard.

Probably Nothing is a growing brand with a strong connection to its community and a younger, engaged customer base. We’re building something we believe can become much bigger — without losing what made people love it in the first place.

Pay: $25.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35.0 per week
