Imagine spending your summer surrounded by some of Canada's most spectacular mountain scenery while building valuable hospitality experience in a close-knit team environment.
At Paradise Lodge and Bungalows, we offer seasonal employment in the heart of Lake Louise, where work, adventure, and community come together. This role is ideal for individuals seeking reliable employment, a structured routine, and easy access to world-class hiking, wildlife, and outdoor recreation.
Seasonal Position: Until October, with opportunities for extended or year-round employment for the right candidates.
About the Role
This is a hands-on housekeeping position within our 45-unit lodge and cabin property. During peak season, the work is physically active and fast-paced, with daytime shifts focused on maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and guest comfort.
You'll be part of a supportive team that values reliability, attention to detail, and pride in delivering memorable guest experiences.
What You'll Do
  • Clean and prepare guest rooms and cabins to established quality standards
  • Change linens, replace towels, and restock guest amenities
  • Clean bathrooms, dust surfaces, vacuum floors, and remove waste
  • Respond to guest requests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Report maintenance concerns and follow health and safety procedures
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily housekeeping goals
What We're Looking For
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfort performing physical work and repetitive tasks throughout the day
  • Basic spoken and written English communication skills
  • Ability to lift and move up to 35 lbs (16 kg)
Living and Working in Lake Louise
Staff accommodation is available either onsite or within the village, subject to availability. Housing is affordable and designed specifically for seasonal employees.
Lake Louise is a small mountain community of approximately 500 residents. While services and amenities are limited compared to larger centres, the area offers an exceptional lifestyle for those who enjoy nature, outdoor recreation, and a strong sense of community.
Banff is located approximately 45 minutes away by public transit, providing access to additional shopping, dining, and services.
