Full job description

Alforno Bakery & Cafe seeks a dedicated Barista to craft exceptional beverages and connect with guests. Enjoy flexible full-time or part-time hours while collaborating with a hospitality-focused team that values fun and service. Join industry leaders within Teatro Group, which is known for delivering exceptional dining experiences with meticulous ingredient sourcing and attentive service.


What are the duties to perform:


  • 1 year of Barista experience is a must!
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to multitask effectively
  • Master crafting all of the drink options on the Alforno menu
  • Welcoming and providing customers with the best services

What will you bring to the team:


  • Positive Attitude! and unique attributes and skills.
  • Flexible work schedule, including the ability to work evenings, holidays and weekends.
  • Manual dexterity is required to use desktop computers and peripherals.
  • Must be able to transport up to 30 pounds on occasion and up to 25 pounds regularly
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
