Our General Managers lead the business with an entrepreneurial spirit and an ownership mentality, driving sales and profitability while maintaining operational excellence in both beverage quality and vibe standards. They are accountable for delivering outstanding guest satisfaction and fostering a high-performing, engaged team. By cultivating a culture of trust, reliability, and continuous improvement, they inspire and motivate employees to reach their full potential, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.


YOU ARE:

  • An experienced General Manager who cultivates strong leadership skills to mentor, inspire, and motivate teams. Fostering a culture of growth and performance
  • Able to drive sales and profit while maintaining production and operational standards
  • An entrepreneur who will strengthen the Cactus brand by challenging the status quo and inspiring the future generation of leaders within the organization
  • A proven recruiter who is able to attract and select top talent
  • An expert communicator with the ability to build relationships with fellow partners through confidence, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
  • Occupational First Aid and Safe Liquor Service certified
