About the Role
Tiller is looking for a Senior Brand Designer to take the lead in crafting stunning, strategic, and impactful visual branding for B2B SaaS companies. In this role, you’ll shape the visual identity of brands, ensuring they stand out in a competitive landscape. You’ll influence creative strategy and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to produce work that not only looks exceptional but also drives measurable business impact.
This is an opportunity to bring your expertise in brand identity design, UI, and digital storytelling to a team that values bold thinking, strategic problem-solving, and design excellence.
What you get to do:
-
Lead the conceptualization and execution of brand identity systems, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals.
-
Conduct research on B2B SaaS brands, evaluate competitors, support client interviews, and understand trends that affect brand positioning and differentiation.
-
Communicate a brand vision and personality through captivating moodboards, visual concepts, and brand guidelines rooted in research and audience insights.
-
Create sophisticated, polished, and impactful identity systems, UI, marketing collateral, and digital assets that resonate with audiences and support brand objectives.
-
Champion brand integrity and consistency across all materials, anticipating and solving for potential design challenges.
-
Collaborate closely with Account Strategists, Art Directors, UI Designers, Developers, Copywriters, and Marketers to create cohesive brand experiences.
-
Present design concepts and rationale clearly to internal teams and external clients to garner feedback and support strategic objectives.
-
Continuously refine design workflows and explore new creative techniques to push boundaries, elevate our creative practice, and explore new opportunities.
You may be fit for this role if you:
-
Have 7+ years of experience in brand and digital design, ideally in an agency or in-house creative team.
-
Have an exceptional portfolio showcasing work for B2B SaaS clients, including brand identity systems and assets, web UI, motion graphics, and marketing collateral.
-
Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and strong execution skills, with the ability to confidently present creative ideas to executive teams and stakeholders to showcase expertise and garner buy-in.
-
Can confidently evaluate and elevate existing brand experiences based on business objectives and audience needs.
-
Have a passion for storytelling, crafting compelling narratives by creating original logos, iconography, product illustrations, and graphics.
-
Experience bringing brands to life through motion graphics and animation.
-
Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high standard of work.
-
Have expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
-
Enjoy working both independently and collaboratively, adapting seamlessly between the two.
Success in this role looks like:
-
Delivering high-impact, strategic brand designs that enhance client positioning and differentiation.
-
Ensuring brand consistency across all materials and touchpoints, reinforcing a cohesive identity.
-
Effectively presenting and defending design decisions, gaining buy-in from clients and internal teams.
-
Meeting project deadlines without sacrificing strategic integrity or design quality.
-
Proactively identifying opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and creative execution.
-
Contributing to a collaborative and positive team environment where design excellence thrives.

We keep our word, follow through, and tell on ourselves when something needs to be made right. We believe trust is built in the small things, and high trust helps us move further, faster.
We are competitive together, not with each other. We practice our craft, sweat the details, and advocate fiercely for our clients because their success is our scoreboard. We don’t just consume culture; we create it. Every teammate plays a role in representing the Tiller standard.
This is a team for people who want to do great work, take ownership of outcomes, and keep getting better.
