What You'll Do

As a Café Clerk, you'll help create an exceptional experience for every customer by:

• Greeting customers with a friendly, welcoming attitude
• Taking customer orders and processing payments accurately
• Preparing a variety of coffee and espresso beverages using manual and electric equipment
• Sharing your knowledge of our café menu and helping customers choose products they'll love
• Preparing fresh sandwiches, baked goods, gelato, and other café offerings
• Restocking display cases and maintaining attractive product presentations
• Keeping the café clean, organized, and inviting by sanitizing equipment, clearing tables, and maintaining dining areas
• Promoting Italian Centre Shop products and services
• Following food safety and sanitation standards
• Working collaboratively in a fun, fast-paced environment
• Performing other duties as required

What We're Looking For

Successful candidates typically have:

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
• 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• 1+ year of café or coffee shop experience (preferred)

Schedule

This is a Full-Time position.

Applicants must be available:

• Monday through Sunday
• Shifts scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 9:15 p.m.
• Morning, afternoon, evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required

Physical Requirements

This position involves:

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Frequent bending, reaching, and twisting
• Repetitive manual tasks
• Lifting and moving products as part of daily café operations
