Position Overview

As a Front Desk Staff, you’ll be the face of Anytime Fitness Tsawwassen — the first smile members see when they walk through our doors. You’ll play a key role in daily club operations, delivering a friendly and professional experience for every member and guest.

You’ll support the Club Manager in driving member engagement, promoting the club in the local community, and maintaining a positive, high-energy environment that reflects our values of health, growth, and connection.

What You’ll Do:

• Sell Memberships – Use our proven system to inspire potential members to start their fitness journey.
• Marketing & Community Outreach – Promote the club through social media, community events, and creative marketing strategies.
• Enhance Member Experience – Ensure top-notch customer service, cleanliness, and club maintenance to keep members engaged and happy.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Part-time (weekdays & weekends)
• Compensation: Base Salary
• Location: Delta, BC (Must be able to commute or relocate before starting work)
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Language: English (required)
• License/Certification: Valid driver’s license (required)
• Shift Availability: Week days / Weekends
