  • Install and activate Rogers Internet, TV, Home Phone, and Security services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve service issues on-site

Requirements (Must-Have)

  • Physically fit and comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights
  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to pass background/security screening
  • Strong accountability to ensure jobs are completed properly and customers are satisfied
  • Technically proficient with strong troubleshooting skills in consumer electronics and telecommunications equipment
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Availability for evening and weekend shifts

Assets (Nice-to-Have)

  • Direct experience working with Rogers systems, services, and infrastructure
  • Previous experience in coax, fiber, twisted pair, internet, TV, or security installation
  • Telecommunications installation experience (or similar technical field)

Perks

  • Paid field training
  • Optional dental & extended health coverage
  • Steady work volumes with opportunity for growth
  • Supportive team culture and ongoing development opportunities
