For over 60 years, Delton Cabinets has been designing, manufacturing, and installing custom cabinetry throughout the Edmonton area. Our reputation has been built on quality craftsmanship, reliable service, and taking pride in every project we complete.

We're looking for an experienced Service Technician who enjoys problem-solving, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to be part of a team that is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

As a Service Technician, you'll represent Delton Cabinets at customer homes and job sites by ensuring every installation is completed to our quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Complete cabinet adjustments, warranty work, service calls, and installation of back-ordered items.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues while providing excellent customer service.
  • Read and interpret cabinet drawings and specifications.
  • Communicate with Designers, Production, and the Installation & Service Manager to resolve site concerns.
  • Measure, cut, shape, and install mouldings, cabinet components, and hardware.
  • Maintain accurate daily reports, timesheets, and service documentation.
  • Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe.
  • Work efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Build positive relationships with homeowners, contractors, and fellow team members.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of cabinet installation or millwork experience
  • Experience with cabinet manufacturing or millwork production
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage your day effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
  • Reliable, organized, and dependable work habits

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $28.00–$35.00 per hour (based on experience)

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of cabinet installation required
  • Valid driver's license (required)
  • Clean Criminal record (required)
  • Clean driver's abstract
  • Minimum 3 years of driving experience preferred
  • Ability to work throughout the Edmonton area
  • Ability to lift up to 40 kg
