*****Aviation Component overhaul and rework experience an asset. Please do not apply if you are not located in North America. *****

Founded in 2005, BG MachineWorks has established itself as a one of the top machine shops authorized to perform specialized repairs on aviation components in the Lower Mainland.

Family run business. Bright, clean shop environment. We currently employ 30 staff. Attractive hourly rate, based on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform rework on aviation components; transmission, rotary, landing gear and engine
  • Operate a conventional lathe/milling machines. CNC mill machine operation experience an asset and preferred.
  • Change and set cutting tools
  • Modify and grind tools as required.
  • Work within very tight tolerances
  • Read, study and interpret engineer drawings blueprints, manuals and specifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
