Continental Cork Company is a dedicated manufacturer specializing in cork fishing rod handles. We pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship and precision manufacturing to serve fishing enthusiasts and retailers alike.

Summary
We're looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator/Machinist to join our team in London, Ontario for a long-term position. We want someone with a strong machining background who takes pride in precision work and wants to grow with us for the long haul.

Responsibilities
Operate an AXYZ brand CNC router using VCarve software, as well as other CNC machinery with Beckhoff controls, to produce cork fishing rod handles. Read blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate manufacturing. Perform routine machine maintenance and quality checks. Maintain a clean, organized work environment. Follow all safety protocols.

Qualifications
Proven machinist or CNC machine operator background. Experience with AXYZ CNC routers, VCarve software, or Beckhoff-controlled equipment is a plus but not specifically necessary. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Familiarity with calipers, verniers, or other precision measuring tools. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
