Tea Shop Associate — Part-Time

Location: ByWard Market, Ottawa
Positions: 2 Part-Time
Starting Wage: $18/hour
Evenings and/or weekends required

We’re looking for two friendly, energetic Tea Shop Associates to join our fun, busy team!

We’re a tea shop specializing in quality loose leaf teas, delicious drinks, and desserts, with a focus on creating a warm and relaxing experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming and helping customers
  • Explaining teas and helping customers choose products
  • Weighing and packaging loose leaf tea
  • Preparing drinks and assisting with light baking
  • Operating the cash
  • Cleaning and restocking
  • Working as part of a team during busy periods

We’re Looking For

  • Customer service experience required
  • Café or restaurant experience required
  • Warm, friendly personality
  • able to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment

Tea knowledge is an asset, but we’re happy to train the right person.
