We’re looking for a Sales Consultant who is enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate about helping people find the right vehicle.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner.
  • Listen to customer needs and recommend suitable new or pre-owned vehicles.
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
  • Explain vehicle features, options, and financing details clearly.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Work closely with the sales and finance teams to deliver a smooth buying experience.
  • Achieve individual and team sales goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Driven, organized, and customer-focused.
  • Ability to build rapport and earn customer trust.
  • Willingness to learn about Ford products and systems.
  • Valid Ontario driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset (automotive experience preferred but not required).
