Position Overview:

As a Business Analyst, you will support the team to deliver application maintenance and professional services to one or more of our clients where ServiceNow is the primary application being supported. This role requires an individual who can partner with clients strategically—seeking to understand the why behind requests and aligning delivery with long‑term outcomes, not just immediate solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for managing work assignments through ServiceNow tickets and ensuring that we deliver on our commitments to our clients. This may include:
  • Developing new catalog items
  • Review and optimize existing workflows
  • Support clients with process maturity and strategy
  • Being an advocate for process based on best practice
  • Project support for integration work
In addition, you will be responsible for monitoring and providing updates on your progress and work directly with internal and external business stakeholders to build and grow the SMO business.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with the ServiceNow platform, with at least 2 years in application maintenance and support.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically beyond task execution, with a focus on understanding client business needs, objectives, and challenges before delivering solutions.
  • Experience in both implementation projects and application support environments is an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop workshop presentations and process documentation (Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Word skills).
  • Ideal candidates are self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering solutions to challenging business problems.
  • Experience working in a client facing role with both technical and functional stakeholders with strong relationship management skills and a passion for client satisfaction and delivery excellence. Strong interpersonal skills are important.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate clients on ServiceNow capabilities and best practices.
  • Organized and analytical.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills in English. French is also desirable but not required.
It would be great for you to have some of these nice to haves as well:
  • Experience in hands-on experience in ServiceNow such as design, configuration, testing, and production deployment.
  • Prior consulting experience.
  • Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and other ServiceNow CIS certifications. If you do not have certifications, we expect you to attain at least one during your first year of employment.
  • ITIL certification.

Equity Statement

At Compugen, we are committed to diversity, equity and inclusion. We actively recruit from all groups, including women, Indigenous people, persons with disabilities and members of visible minorities. We recognize the importance of removing barriers to participation and provide accommodation upon request to all applicants throughout the recruitment process.
