Build a Career in B2B Sales with Real Growth, Ownership, and Support

We are hiring driven Small, Medium, and Enterprise Business Development Specialist to represent Rogers Business solutions through Kmoon, an authorized Elite Channel Partner. This role is designed for professionals who want more than a standard sales job, it’s an opportunity to build long-term client relationships, own a territory, and grow a career in consultative B2B sales.

You’ll work with industry-leading products while benefiting from a supportive, performance-focused environment that values initiative, accountability, and results.

What You Will Do

As a Business Sales Consultant, you will:

  • Identify, qualify, and close new B2B opportunities across small, mid-market and large businesses
  • Build strong relationships with business owners and key decision-makers
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and recommending appropriate business solutions
  • Present, negotiate, and close customized offerings including internet, voice, wireless, IOT, data and advanced business services
  • Manage and grow your own sales pipeline with full ownership and accountability
  • Consistently meet and exceed performance targets through professional, consultative selling

This role emphasizes quality relationships and long-term value, not transactional sales.

What Sets This Opportunity Apart

  • Access to a market-leading portfolio of Rogers Business solutions
  • A consultative sales environment that prioritizes client outcomes
  • Greater autonomy in managing your territory and client relationships
  • Base pay and performance-driven compensation with strong earning potential
  • Hands-on leadership, mentorship, and ongoing sales support
  • Clear growth opportunities for top performers

You are supported like a professional, trusted like an advisor, and rewarded like a producer.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in B2B sales, telecommunications, technology, or solutions-based selling
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and disciplined with excellent time management
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and in-person business development
  • A results-driven mindset with long-term career goals

The Opportunity

This role offers the chance to represent one of Canada’s most trusted business technology portfolios while building a career defined by ownership, performance, and professional growth. If you are motivated, coachable, and ready to take your sales career seriously, this position provides the structure and opportunity to do just that.

Questions to Answer

  • Do you have over 3 years of B2B sales experience?
  • Have you ever worked in the telecom or technology solutions?
  • On a scale of 1 to 10, how tech savvy are you?
