FRENCH VERSION FOLLOWS

Dîner en Blanc has 35 years of history, over 80 cities, and thousands of guests dressed in white gathering in the world’s most iconic public spaces.

Growth depends on finding — and convincing — the right people in the right cities. This role sits at the heart of that mission: building a global pipeline of qualified organizers, from the first outreach to the signed contract.

Key Responsibilities

01 Source and qualify organizers internationally

Active outbound prospecting on target markets via LinkedIn, Apollo, email, and network. Proactive identification of candidates based on the company’s selection criteria.

02 Present the business opportunity and lead discussions

Video meetings with candidates worldwide, presenting the Dîner en Blanc opportunity, handling objections, and advancing prospects toward signature.

03 Own the full signature cycle

NDAs, contracts, Adobe Sign, payment tracking, and renewals. From first contact through handoff to the production teams.

04 Maintain relationships with existing organizers

Regular follow-up, management of changes within partner teams, contract renewals. A retained organizer means a city — and a network — that keeps growing.

05 Contribute to continuous process improvement

Propose adjustments to prospecting sequences, scripts, and qualification methods. Initiative is expected and encouraged.
