Overview

Fresh Burrito is looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable Team Members to join our growing team! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, love providing excellent customer service, and thrive as part of a team, we’d love to meet you.

As a Team Member, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while preparing fresh, high-quality food and ensuring our restaurant operates smoothly. No previous experience is required—we provide training for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Take customer orders accurately using the POS system.
  • Prepare fresh burritos, bowls, tacos, and other menu items according to Fresh Burrito standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and workstations.
  • Restock ingredients, supplies, and packaging throughout the shift.
  • Assist with receiving deliveries and inventory organization.
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
  • Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
  • Support opening, closing, and daily restaurant duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs (11 kg).
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is an asset.
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada.
