Job Overview

A.G. Perfume & Cosmetics is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Full-Time Cosmetics & Fragrance Sales Associate to join our team. If you have a passion for beauty, skincare, makeup, and fragrances, and enjoy helping customers find the right products, we’d love to hear from you.

Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs
  • Operate POS systems for sales transactions, including cash handling and processing payments
  • Maintain merchandise displays through merchandising best practices to enhance product visibility
  • Provide product information related to cosmetics, skin care and fragrances
  • Support inventory management by stocking shelves and organizing stockroom areas
  • Assist with e-commerce orders and online inquiries as needed
  • Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and welcoming for all visitors
  • Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Support promotional activities and seasonal merchandising efforts

Skills

  • Proficiency with POS systems and cashiering procedures
  • Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities in English; multilingual skills are a plus
  • Knowledge of retail sales techniques, merchandising, and cash handling procedures
  • Experience or interest in cosmetics and fragrances is desirable
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also demonstrating organizational skills independently
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is advantageous
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a retail setting

This position is ideal for individuals passionate about retail sales in Cosmetics and Fragrance industry who enjoy working with people and creating positive shopping experiences.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
