Overview
Zet’s is looking for a reliable and skilled Grill Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays organized under pressure, and is committed to delivering consistently high-quality food.

Work Location
This position is open at one of the following Zet’s locations. Applicants may choose their preferred location:

  • ZET’S Restaurant – 15 Jevlan Dr, Unit E, Woodbridge, ON L4L 8C2

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook made-to-order items such as burgers, souvlaki, chicken, and other grill dishes
  • Ensure all food meets Zet’s standards for quality, taste, and presentation
  • Set up, stock, and manage the grill station during service
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and handling guidelines
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain efficient and timely service
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of grills, utensils, and prep areas
  • Assist with general food preparation when required

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Grill Cook or Line Cook
  • Ability to perform well in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency in food preparation
  • Team player with effective communication skills
  • Physically capable of standing for long periods and working in a hot environment
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid Food Handler Certification
