Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Team Member or Team Leader, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food service experiences. This energetic position involves engaging with customers, preparing and serving high-quality food, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. Duties

  • Prepare and assemble food items following established recipes and quality standards
  • Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision and integrity
  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns
  • Maintain sanitation and food safety standards through proper food handling and cleanliness practices
  • Assist in upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
  • Support team members during busy periods by sharing responsibilities such as serving, cashiering, and kitchen tasks
  • Follow all safety procedures related to food industry regulations and sanitation protocols

Experience

  • Previous food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
  • Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is advantageous
  • Experience with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus but training will be provided
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively
  • Basic math skills for cash handling, order accuracy, and inventory management
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices within the restaurant or food industry
  • Ability to work as part of a team or independently in a fast-paced environment
