Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Burger King Crew Member and become the heart of our fast-paced, customer-focused restaurant! Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
  • Prepare food items efficiently and according to company standards, ensuring quality and safety
  • Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for accurate cashiering and cash handling
  • Take orders accurately using the POS system and upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, kitchen equipment, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety regulations
  • Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure prompt service and minimize wait times
  • Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health standards and prevent contamination

Skills

  • Experience in food preparation, serving, or food industry roles is preferred but not required—training will be provided!
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for cashiering transactions
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
  • Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly, positive attitude
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards in a restaurant environment
  • Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
  • Ability to work well in a team setting within a fast-paced restaurant atmosphere
  • Enthusiasm for upselling menu items to boost sales and enhance guest experience
