Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately according to company standards, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Micros POS, to process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
• Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Assist customers with their orders, upselling menu items to enhance their experience and increase sales.
• Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.
• Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple tasks such as serving customers, restocking supplies, and ensuring a positive atmosphere.

Experience

• Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated individuals.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food industry standards is advantageous.
• Experience using POS systems like Micros POS or similar technology is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and performing simple calculations.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe dining environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.

Pay: $18.25-$24.91 per hour
